The objective of this drill is to improve your dribbling ability and to rapidly change direction.
You will need one ball, 6 cones and a way of rebounding the ball (Rebounder/Wall, Friend or Parent).
Start by dribbling the ball towards the cones, using both feet dribble around the cones, stay low and be ready to change direction. When you reach the end of the cones, punch the ball in to the rebounder and take a quick scan over your shoulder before dribbling at speed back to the start. Repeat this using different parts of the foot, different techniques such as sole roles, drag backs etc.
