The objective of this drill is to deal with a ball that comes to you in the air.
You will need one ball and eight cones.
Start in the middle with keepy-ups then clip it higher into the air and use a part of the body (head, chest, knee or foot) to bring the ball under control and drive to one of the outside cones. If you struggle with keepy-ups, keep trying, alternatively simply use your hands to throw the ball into the air.
As you get the ball under control use touch direction to as part of the control to start the movement to the outside cone.
Make it harder by receiving the ball from higher and speeding up the movement to the outside cones. Also use skills to bring the ball under control
