Training Programs

Our training programs have been created by Cori Daniels our UEFA ‘A’ Technical Director. Each program is a 4 week journey broken down by week. Within each week there are 4 or 5 drills that you can practice in your own time. Practice all of the drills 2 or 3 times a week and at the end of the week you should be able to complete the drills perfectly.
How to follow each program:
– Practice all drills in a week 2 to 3 times that week
– Practice each drill multiple times each session until you are confidently completing it
– If you can film yourself doing the drills and then watch them back to compare and see how to improve next time you practice
