The objective of this drill is to work on defensive jockeying and tackling.
You will need one ball and a rebounder (rebounder/wall, friend or parent).
Punch the ball into the rebounder as the ball returns towards you jockey backwards alternating the foot as you step backwards. Stay low and be ready to change direction or to enact a tackle by using the front foot to jab the ball or the rear foot to block the ball.
Make the drill harder by punching the ball into the rebounder harder meaning you will need to increase the pace of jockeying backwards.
