The objective of this drill is to improve your dribbling, close control and ball manipulation.
You will need one ball and 12 cones preferably multiple colours.
If you are doing this drill by yourself choose 3 different “gates” and dribble the ball through the gates in turn before twisting out and returning to the start. Use different feet, never under use your weaker foot, use different techniques to manipulate the ball.
Make it harder by increasing the pace and the number of gates you hit.
