The objective of this drill is to improve your dribbling ability while using different ball manipulation techniques.
You’ll need one ball and six cones and a rebounder (rebounder/wall, friend or parent).
Dribble the ball through the cones, at the end punch the ball to the rebounder, scan before receiving the ball back and return back to the start. Now repeat the exercise using different ball manipulation techniques as directed in the video.
Speed makes it harder as does moving the cones closer together.
