Dribbling and Control
The objective of this drill is to improve your dribbling ability and control of the football.
You will need two balls and five cones.
Start with your dominant foot and dribble around the outside of the cones. As you get to the final cone try to knock the ball in the middle off the cone.
Make it harder by using your non-dominant foot. Speed up the pace of the dribble. Punch the final pass in harder.
