This drill aims to help you develop your dribbling and close control. All you will need is a ball and a number of cones. You can make the drill harder or easier by placing the cones closer or further apart. Try to use both feet, use different parts of the foot and as you get more confident increase the pace of movement.
You can use the drill to improve your dribbling and control or simply as a warm up to get the body and feet moving.
