Goalkeeping

Goalkeeper Curriculum

If you are a goalkeeper you have more work to do than virtually any other position on the pitch. Not only do you need to work on catching, punching, kicking, diving, positional awareness, and communication but the modern game now requires you to act as a sweeper and often start the attacks and act as a defender. No mean feat.

We have broken down our curriculum into three sections:

Specific Attributes
In-Possession
Out-of-Possession

We have also suggested some training videos in each area.
