Pre-season training drills
Our pre-season drills focus on building up strength in different parts of the body, aerobic and anaerobic capacity.
These are useful in pre-season to get your body moving again but also throughout the season to maintain capacity.
You will need the usual training equipment, balls and cones, but we would also suggest that you buy a selection of activation bands.
Many of the drills focus on an individual part of the body and you need to filter and select a variety of drills to get an all over body workout.
Mix it up and keep it interesting and use them pre-training as a warm up.
