Practicing football drills with a partner
The beauty of working with a partner such as a friend or a parent/guardian is that it generally makes it more fun.
Having a partner when you are practicing means you can mix things up in terms of roles in the drill, or with the speed or type of drill you complete.
The other real benefit is that you end up motivating each other.
All of the drills below are “partner” drills and so you will need 2 people. Other than that the usual applies, choose drills you want to work on, try different drills and always progress your practice by speeding it up or using your weaker foot or other parts of your body.
